Depending on how you interact with Le Holt, we may collect and process information such as:

2.1. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, we process the information necessary to complete your purchase: your name, contact information (e-mailadres), billing and shipping address and order information. Without this information, we are unable to process your order.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment providers available at checkout.

Le Holt does not directly store complete credit or debit card details. Payment providers may process personal and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations. 

We need the mandatory information collected by our checkout form to establish who the contract is with and to contact you to fulfil our obligations under the contract, including sending you receipts and order confirmations.

Furthermore, we have a legal obligation to issue you with an invoice for the goods and services you purchase from us and we require the mandatory information collected by our checkout form for this purpose. We also have a legal obligation to keep accounting records, including records of transactions

2.2. Shipping and Delivery

To ship and deliver your order, we process your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number (where required for delivery), and order or shipment information.

We share this information with postal, courier, logistics and fulfilment providers where necessary to deliver your order.

For international orders, information may also be shared with customs authorities, postal operators or other relevant authorities where necessary for customs clearance or to comply with applicable laws.
